Ryan Snider
OWNER AND FOUNDERRyan’s journey into the construction realm began at the age of 14, diving headfirst into the industry as a laborer for a home builder. His passion and commitment did not wane over the years; instead, it only grew stronger. He spent his formative years absorbing knowledge on-site, all the while continuing his work with the company throughout high school. With a burgeoning desire to further his career, Ryan embraced higher education in Construction Management at UC, a decision that would lead him down the path of professional and personal growth.
In 2003, Ryan’s expertise was recognized, and he was entrusted with supervising the construction of upscale new homes, an opportunity he seized with enthusiasm and determination. This role was a turning point, allowing him to deepen his understanding of client needs and industry standards. After a fulfilling four-year tenure, he embarked on a new venture in 2007, co-founding a remodeling company with the vice president of his previous firm. Yet, the entrepreneurial spirit within him yearned for more, leading to the establishment of SCC in 2012.
Residing in South Lebanon with his wife Karla, their son, daughter, and their energetic boxer dog, Hazel, Ryan is a family man at heart. When he’s not revolutionizing the construction industry, he’s an avid outdoorsman. From camping under the stars, hunting, and kayaking through serene waters, to perfecting his golf swing and cheering on his children at their sporting events, Ryan finds his peace in the tranquility of nature and the joy of family life. His journey reflects a blend of professional acumen and personal passion, qualities that continue to drive the success and client-focused vision at Snider Custom Construction.
Dustin Baynes
PROJECT MANAGERSince rejoining the remodeling sphere with SCC in 2015, Dustin has brought invaluable expertise and a profound understanding of the industry to every project. Although he oversees project management responsibilities, Dustin is a craftsman at heart. Not one to shy away from getting his hands dirty, he often self-performs various skilled trades on each project, including carpentry and tile setting, ensuring each detail is up to his high standards. His affinity for craftsmanship is not newfound; it’s a lifelong familiarity, having been immersed in the trades from a very young age.
Based in Loveland and a devoted family man, Dustin’s world revolves around his wife, Linda, and their two young children. His love for the outdoors mirrors his professional life’s passion and precision, often finding solace in nature’s embrace. An avid enthusiast of hiking, kayaking, and biking, Dustin balances his demanding career with quality family time, exploring the great outdoors. He jumps at any opportunity to take his family camping, instilling in his children the same appreciation for nature that helps him stay grounded and inspired.
