Open-Concept Kitchen Remodel
A closed-off kitchen with dark oak cabinets was opened up into the living space. The rebuild brought in natural wood shaker cabinetry, white quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, matte black hardware and a large island with seating. A black-framed window over the sink and a run of floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets finish the room.

Neighborhood Bar Flooring
There are few surfaces in a building that take a harder beating than the floor behind a busy neighborhood bar. Our team demolished the existing floor and installed a new one built to stand up to the traffic, the spills and the weight of a full service night.
Local Bank Renovation
A local bank branch given a full interior facelift by our commercial team. New wood teller counters, curved service stations, navy accent walls and updated lighting throughout the lobby.
General Contracting and Framing
General contracting work at the framing stage - structural framing, exposed joists and a bare slab before any finishes go in. This is the part of a project nobody photographs for a brochure, and it is the part that decides whether everything above it lines up.

A complete kitchen renovation in Maineville, Ohio - taken back to the studs and rebuilt from the floor up, with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting and finishes throughout.
Hyde Park Privacy Screen
A custom horizontal-slat privacy screen built for a homeowner in the Hyde Park area of Cincinnati. It breaks the sightline from the neighboring property without closing the space in - the slat spacing lets light and air through, and the shadow pattern shifts across the day.
Clarksville Kitchen with Herringbone Tile
A new kitchen in Clarksville, Ohio, finished with handmade, kiln-fired clay tile laid by hand in a herringbone pattern. Handmade tile is never perfectly uniform, which is the point, and which is also why it takes a tile setter who knows what they are doing to lay it well.

A master en suite in Loveland, Ohio done in neutral tones, with a soaker tub, accent tile and a layout built around two people getting ready in the morning without getting in each other’s way.

A pair of French doors added between the formal living and dining rooms, turning a pass-through space into a home office with a door that actually closes. The divided-light glass keeps the sightline and the natural light while giving the room real privacy.
